Even in law school, Michael Zappi achieved recognition and distinction for his solid grasp of the law and attention to detail, receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Soon after being admitted to the New York Bar on July 15, 2015, Michael joined the Law Office of Yonatan S. Levoritz as an associate attorney, where he proved adept at drafting motions on family law matters such as child support, spousal maintenance, contempt, and summary judgment. He also excelled at preparing pleadings and motions in civil and criminal cases, and served as the lead draftsperson on multiple Appeals that have been brought before the Appellate Division, First Department and Appellate Division, Second Department.
Michael is equally confident and dynamic in the courtroom, having served as the second chair at a jury trial which was held before the Westchester County Supreme Court in May 2016.
Michael is duly licensed to practice law in New York.
