Karolina Krasnyanskaya, Esq.
Prior to opening her own practice in 2009, Karolina was an associate at a number of prestigious New York City law firms, handling complex litigation issues including securities fraud, defamation of prominent figures, and high-profile divorce cases. As general counsel of a NYC Business Development Firm for more than five years, Karolina also gained extensive first-hand experience in all aspects of business law.
She has represented individuals and corporations in various legal and business matters, and has consistently achieved favorable results for her clients. Her current practice includes corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on shareholder and derivative litigation.
While in law school, Ms. Krasnyanskaya completed a clinic in Family Law where she handled divorce, custody and domestic violence matters for indigent clients and was the winner of a highly competitive Public Interest Fellowship where she worked as legal counsel for the LGBT Community. She also studied International and Comparative Law, abroad, at Moscow State University.
Karolina is fluent in Russian and licensed to practice law in New York.
